1.2 The agreement comes into force from the date of receiving your reservation order. As soon as we receive your reservation order, we shall send to you a confirmation for reservation (invoice) which also contains all the services.

§ 2 Services, minimum term of stay, short term stay
2.1 The accommodation during the fair can be occupied only by the maximum number of the persons as specified in the price list, reserved and paid for by you. The services are specified in the price list as well as in the confirmation of your reservation (invoice).
2.2 The minimum term of stay is one overnight period.

§ 3 Pension accommodation
4.1 The booking of the pension takes place without additional fees.
4.2 The price for accommodation can be seen from the price list or invoice respectively.

§ 4Terms of payment
4.1 The total payment for accommodation is to be effected by the guest to Messeagentur on arrival day in cash or by check (credit cards will not be accepted).
4 .2 The demand for payment up to 40 % depending on the sum of the contract , regardless of whether the agreement for accommodation comes into force.

§ 5 Damaging

§ 7 Cancellation through the fair guest

8 days - 14 days before arrival start of 50% the calculation
15 days - 30 days before arrival start of 10% the calculation
31 days and more no cancellation costs (only a preparation fee in height of 50 EUR)

§ 8 Should any one of these General Terms of Business be or become
ineffective or void, the remaining terms shall not be affected hereby.
